Security Lab Production

The research conducted by the Security Lab Production focuses on the cybersecurity of industrial communication infrastructures and on trusted manufacturing assistance systems. Within this framework, we address industrial network security, machine learning-based testing of automation components, usage control, trusted computing, and explainable AI. Our research questions are vital for the resilience of critical infrastructures and for the digital sovereignty of employees in production as well as between organizations. 

The Security Lab Production closely collaborates with The Karlsruhe Research Factory.
